• Studio
These apartments have a separate bathroom with bath or shower, kitchen facilities and a living room with integrated bedroom.Our studios are one-person apartments.
• One bedroom apartment
These apartments have all the conveniences. There is a separate bedroom, a bathroom with bath, kitchen facilities and a living room.These are one or two-person apartments.
• Two bedroom apartment
These apartments are extra spacious, with one or two bathrooms with bath and/or shower, kitchen facilities, a living room and two separate bedrooms.These are two, three or four-person apartments.
• Superior apartments
The stylish design of these apartments sets them apart from the other categories.The hip interior furnishings are of outstanding quality. The apartments are very spacious and have two large bedrooms (both with deluxe Hästens beds) and two bathrooms.With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, these apartments are also suitable for families with children.

We would be happy to discuss special price arrangements, depending on the number of apartments you wish to take and the length of your stay.For the best price available, we suggest you book via our call centre.
The prices of our service apartments are tailored to suit the price-conscious traveller without compromising on luxury or service. Special offers and promotions complement our standard services.
We have nightly, weekly and monthly rates for our service apartments. Prices include such services as cleaning, fresh towels, gas, electricity and water. They do not include telephone, Internet, breakfast and parking.
If you book at the daily rate, you may cancel your booking by the day.
Cancellation terms
If you book at the weekly rate, you may cancel your booking by the week.
If you book at the monthly rate, you may cancel your booking by the month.
If you cancel up to 30 days before your fixed arrival date, you will not be charged unless other conditions were included in your booking confirmation. If you cancel your reservation after that time, you will pay for one day if you booked at the daily rate, one week if you booked at the weekly rate, and one month if you booked at the monthly rate. |
